The Montréal Alliance ticket office will be open during home games only. Please refer to the following schedule to purchase your tickets directly at the ticket office:


PAYMENT METHODS


We currently accept Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), Debit Cards as well as Pay pass to process payments when purchasing tickets at the ticket office. 

MOBILE TICKETS

All tickets to the Montréal Alliance games that have been purchased online through Ticketmaster will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from fans’ mobile devices at the Verdun Auditorium to assure a contactless fan experience.


Accessing your mobile tickets can be done in three easy steps:


STEP 1: From the Ticketmaster app, tap My Events to view your ticket, then tap View Barcode.


STEP 2: At the gate, have your phone out and ready to go – you’ll simply need to tap and scan the barcode to enter the game.


STEP 3: For even faster entry, add your ticket to your phone’s digital wallet. You’ll be able to enter in the blink of an eye.


Note that your tickets are live, and screenshots and print outs are not valid for entry.

Managing your season and single game tickets within the Ticketmaster app is simple and easy! 


First, download the Ticketmaster app from your preferred iOS or Android online store.



Once downloaded, open the app and tap on My Events. Login using your Montréal Alliance Ticketmaster credentials to access your tickets. To view tickets for a specific event, tap on the event itself. All season and single game tickets purchased for this event will be displayed. Be sure to check your ticket’s barcodes prior to the event! To accelerate entry, you can transfer your tickets to your friends and family in advance.

All Montréal Alliance tickets that were purchased from a Sales Executive or through your Alliance Account Manager can be accessed by following these steps:


STEP 1: Log into your Account Manager at am.ticketmaster.com/alliance/


STEP 2: Select My Events from the top left menu of your screen.


STEP 3: Select the event you would like to manage.


STEP 4: Select your tickets.


Here is how to save your tickets to your wallet:


STEP 1: Click Add to Wallet, click Next at the top right and opt-in to Automatic Selection.


STEP 2: Your tickets are now saved to your phone and are ready to be scanned at the gate.


Transfer Your Tickets


Transferring your tickets purchased on your Alliance Account Manager can be done in 4 easy steps:


STEP 1: Log into your Montreal Alliance Account Manager at am.ticketmaster.com/alliance/  and click Transfer on the My Events page.


STEP 2: Select the event(s) you would like to transfer.


STEP 3: Select the seat(s) you would like to transfer.


STEP 4: Fill in the recipient’s information and click transfer

ACCESSIBLE SEATINGS
