Basketball is more than just a game. For the players, yes, it’s just another game of the season. But when it comes to the hosts of the game, its way more than you may think. They must put on a whole show for the audience. Yes, you’re coming to watch the game itself, but for it to be more entertaining, the staff must come up with shows, games and even more.

The program Future Leaders offers students like me an experience where you get to see the behind the scenes of it all. I got to go in the locker rooms, behind the players that are on the bench, speak to journalists and over all enjoy a game with a few tasks to complete within it. This program gave me the opportunity to ask deeper questions to the staff, who knows, maybe even make me work by their side. I Learned lots from all the conversations I had before the game.



Though you may not experience everything, every role that each one of us had, we all get our own little participation to share to one another at the end of the evening.
